4.5 cl The Famous Grouse 2.5 cl Sweet vermouth 1.25 cl sugar syrup Dash of Angostura bitters 1 Maraschino cherry Plenty of cracked ice |
Directions
Measure The Famous Grouse, vermouth, bitters and syrup into a cocktail shaker, then add lots of cracked ice. Shake well, then strain into a chilled wide-mouth cocktail glass. Garnish with a single cherry, which surprisingly for such a little fruit, reacts well with the mix and adds lots of flavour. |
