Ingredients 6 cl Rémy Martin Fine Champagne VSOP 1.7 cl whipping cream 1 tsp honey 3 cl hot water	Directions Dissolve honey in water and allow to cool. Shake with cognac and cream and strain into a cocktail glass.

Brandy Cobbler
Ingredients 6 cl Rémy Martin Fine Champagne VSOP 6 cl club soda 1 tsp superfine sugar	Directions In an old-fashioned glass, dissolve the sugar in club soda. Add crushed ice until the glass is almost full. Add brandy. Stir well. Garnish with a cherry and orange and lemon slices.

Ingredients 4.5 cl Rémy Martin Fine Champagne VSOP 3 cl Cointreau 1.5 cl lemon juice Lemon twist for garnish Sugar for rimming (optional)	Directions If desired, rim a chilled cocktail glass with sugar. Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into the prepared cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
