Rosé de Clark

Chateau Clarke has been producing a rosé since 1981.

This wine comes from a parcel of Cabernet Sauvignon specifically selected and harvested at optimum ripeness for its best aromatic expression.

After harvesting, the grapes are directly transferred into the pressing machine, the juice obtained is then fermented and stored in stainless steel tanks at low temperature until bottling to preserve fresh fruit flavours.

This is a delightful wine, easy to drink, to enjoy along aperitif or light summer meals and salads.

Recommended serving temperature is at 12°C.
