Oaks & Ames XO, Blended 43% vol
An exquisite creation, Oaks & Ames XO rum is derived from
select red and Yellow hybrid cane, using first press Juice. It
undergoes an unhurried, cool Fermentation at 18°c to 20°c
over 8 to 14 days, and matures for at least six Years in a unique
blend of sweet wine, new oak, bourbon, and cognac Barrels.
This ageing process imparts a smooth, complex favour and
rich colour, inviting you to savour it neat. A symphony of tastes,
patiently crafted for your enjoyment.
