full-bodied rum is silky smooth, revealing
deep notes of cinnamon, leather, and dark
chocolate, lifted by orange zest. Aged in
mixed oak barrels—including sweet wine,
Bourbon, Cognac, Monbazillac, and new
American casks—it nishes with a year in an
Oloroso sherry barrel. The result is a rich yet
elegant rum, where spice, chocolate, and
citrus unfold beautifully with layered depth.
