Crafted from first-press cane juice sourced from the Mauritian highlands. This premium golden rum benefits from a long, cool fermentation lasting ten to fourteen days, followed by batch distillation in copper stills. It is then aged in oak casks for at least one year, giving it balanced flavours of crisp aromatics, oak, and toffee.
