Aspect: Nose true to the original fruit. Fruity, sweet and fleshy.
Nose: Clean and clear, the entire range of the pear is revealed through floral notes, immediately followed by fresh fruit notes on a background of cooked fruit and spicy aromas. 

Palate: Immediate round, powerful attack on ripe, cooked pear. Caramel and liquorish notes complete the tasting of the agreeably smooth, expressive liqueur, topped with a beautiful, long-lasting pear finish. This liqueur provides an olfactory symphony of pear notes. No strange notes disturb this aromatic profile, the hallmark of an exeptional liqueur.
