L'Esprit de Preuillac2012, 750 ml

The grape are handpicked and stored on a table setup in the vines. They are then vinified in temparature-controlled wooden vats. Mascerated for 3 days before fermentation, alcoholic fermentation for 7 to 9 days. Maceration for 5 days in hot conditions after fermantation, malolactic fermanetion in vats. Matured for 3 month in French oak barrels.

Lovely ruby red colour.

Bouquet with a dominant Cabernet Sauvignon character.

Supple attack followed by a structure of lively tannins giving very good length.
