All grades freshness, elegance and the balance of Laurent-Perrier wines are met consistently in the Brut LP. This is the perfect champagne to learn about the mind Laurent-Perrier.
Composition: Only the best grape juice are used for winemaking.

Grapes: Chardonnay 45% – which is a particular high proportion, twice the average of the appellation, Pinot Black: 40%, Pinot Meunier 15 %.
Raw: Over 55 wines used in its composition. Average raw 94%. 10–20% of reserve wines are included to ensure gross perfect regularity, sometimes more.
Vinification and aging: It takes on average three years of aging to develop the Brut LP, then fifteen months is sufficient for the label Champagne. Thanks to its natural freshness, the wine is low-dose ( 12 g/l ), which can enhance its balance. After dosing, the wines benefit from extra rest three months before shipment.
Visual: Pale gold. Fine and persistent bubbles.
Nose: Delicate, fresh, beautifully complex. Citrus notes and white fruits.
Palate: The attack is fresh and supple at the same time. The wine is round, expressive and gradually moving towards fruity aromas. Beautiful balance of flavors and good persistence.
Tasting: Operating temperature between 8°C and 10°C. Brut LP has fully contributed by its style to champagne the perfect aperitif wine. Its remarkable balance, freshness and finesse allow it to also accompany the finest fish, seafood, and delicate white meat and poultry.
