Rivetto Nemes Barbera d'Alba2012, 750 ml

Grape: Barbera 100%. The grapes are hand selected on the vine; following initial pressing, fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (30°C) in steel vats.

The maceration is 4 days long. 

Malolactic fermentation takes place in December.  

Medium body, clean red color, fresh and intense bouquet of ripe fruit.

It has a balanced, harmonic, persistent and pleasantly soft taste, thanks to the sweet and delicate tannins, developed in the wood ageing.

Best Served at 18 °C
