Grape variety: Grenache and Syrah.
Origin: Vallée du Rhône, France.
Classification: Regional appellation.
Appellation: Côtes du Rhône Contrôlée.
Vinification: The grapes are totally destemmed. The must and the grapes are then fermented for 10 to 12 days in temperature-controlled vats. Pumping over of the must is carried out twice a day during the alcoholic fermentation. The malolactic fermentation is completed at 100%. The wine is then matured in stainless steel tanks during 6 months, then bottled in traditional bottles. 
Tasting notes:
Visual: Deep ruby red colour.
Nose: Rich and complex with aromas of flowers (violet) and red fruits.
Palate: Delectable and suave with flavours of black fruits and sweet spices. The finish is fresh and thirst quenching.
Serving: Enjoy ideally at 12–14°C with first cold courses, roasted poultry, grilled red meats, grilled fish, fine dry cheese.
Ageing: This wine is ready to drink.
